We believe that working with an experienced architect adds real value to both the design process and to the final house. Whether it is an extension to your existing home or a new build house that you are considering; working with Blueprint Architecture will let you be involved in the process and also have expert advice on some of the fundamental choices that you will make.

The journey of taking an empty site all the way through to moving into the finished house is one that we have experienced ourselves and this has allowed us to understand much more from the client's perspective. We would go as far as to say that you shouldn't consider using an architect who hasn't designed and built their own home. Unless they have been through this and therefore understand all that is involved - including the costs associated with different stages - then it's unlikely that they have the experience that you need from your architect.
In addition to the design of your home, we also deal with the Planning Application. We take care of the whole process, including all required drawings and forms. We also advise on other consultants who might be required. The most valuable contribution we make to your house design is our experience.
