Ashleigh Russell

Ashleigh is a dedicated Part 1 Architectural Assistant, actively progressing toward full qualification as an Architect. Having grown up on the outskirts of Glasgow, she earned her Bachelors (B.Sc.) and Master’s degree (M. Arch) in Advanced Architectural Design at the University of Strathclyde.

During her studies she was introduced to many styles of architecture and architects with her favourite being Le Corbusier due to his bold style. His modernist housing style later influenced her Master’s thesis and dissertation.

Outside of architecture, she enjoys outdoor activities such as a cold-water plunge in lochs and rivers. She also enjoys hiking and plans to complete all the Munros in Scotland. She also enjoys painting with her favourite medium being watercolour.
